1. The Sweepstakes Period. The Double Good Kids Foundation Event Feedback Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins on or about 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on June 8, 2026 and ends on or about 11:59 PM ET on June 18, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

2. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Double Good Kids Foundation, 16W030 83rd Street, Burr Ridge, IL 60527 ("Sponsor" or "DGKF").

3. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) as of the date of entry, and who comply with these Official Rules in all respects. Employees of DGKF, Double Good Technologies LP, Double Good Manufacturing LP, Double Good Management, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. Agreement to Rules. By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of DGKF as final and binding as they relate to eligibility criteria and winner selection. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

5. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter:

Survey Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, complete the Double Good Kids Foundation Event Feedback Survey available via the link provided by DGKF to event attendees (the "Survey"). You must provide your complete name and email address on the Survey to be eligible. There is a limit of one (1) Survey entry per person. Multiple Survey entries from the same person are void.

Write-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry): On a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, email address and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Double Good Kids Foundation Event Feedback Sweepstakes, 16W030 83rd Street, Burr Ridge, IL 60527. All write-in entries must be postmarked by June 18, 2026 and received by June 25, 2026. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per entrant. Multiple entries are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

Each eligible entry, whether submitted via Survey or write-in, will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and email address or mailing address on such entry. Any potential prize winner may be requested to provide DGKF with proof that such person is the prize winner.

6. Winner Selection. One (1) potential winner ("Winner") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, to be held on or before June 25, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Designation as the Winner is subject to the potential Winner's proof of compliance with these Official Rules, continued compliance with these Official Rules, and approval by DGKF. The decisions of DGKF are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.

7. Prize. One (1) Winner will receive one (1) 12-pack of Double Good Popcorn. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at DGKF's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for DGKF to use the Winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Approximate retail value of prize is $144. The prize will be delivered within 30 days following winner notification.

8. Notification. The Winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days following the winner selection. DGKF is not liable for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to the Winner's spam, junk email or other security settings or for the Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The receipt by the Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Rights Granted by You. By entering this Sweepstakes, and to the extent allowed by law, you grant DGKF and each of its affiliates, licensees, promotional partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and third party marketing entities a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, unconditional, fully paid-up, and transferable license to use, edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, copy, reproduce, translate, adapt, publish, exploit, and use the content of and elements embodied in the entry in commerce and in any and all media worldwide, without limitation or compensation to you. You waive and release DGKF and Releasees from any and all claims that you may now or hereafter have in any jurisdiction based on "moral rights" or "droit moral" or unfair competition with respect to DGKF's exploitation of the entry without further notification or compensation to you of any kind, and agree not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against DGKF and Releasees, on the grounds that any use of the entry, or any derivative works thereof, infringes or violates any of your rights therein.

You acknowledge and agree that the relationship between you and Sponsor is not a confidential, fiduciary, or other special relationship, and that your decision to provide the entry to Sponsor for purposes of the Sweepstakes does not place Sponsor in a position that is any different from the position held by members of the general public with regard to elements of the entry, other than as set forth in these Official Rules. By submitting an entry, you understand and acknowledge that Sponsor has wide access to ideas, photographs, designs, and other literary materials, and that new ideas are constantly being submitted to it or being developed by its own employees. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation as a result of Sponsor's use of any such similar or identical material that has or may come to Sponsor from other sources. You acknowledge and agree that Sponsor has no current or future duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of your copyright in and to the submission.

10. Terms. DGKF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, DGKF may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by DGKF. DGKF reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless DGKF, Double Good Technologies LP, Double Good Manufacturing LP, Double Good Management, Inc. and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries.

12. Disputes. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Illinois having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
