7. Judging and Winner Selection

A. Highest Sales per Store Winner Selection

After the Contest Period, Double Good will determine the eligible Event with the highest Sales per Store during the Contest Period based on Double Good’s records and the calculation methodology set forth in these Official Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, an Event that does not satisfy the minimum Active Store requirement in Section 6.A is not eligible for this component.

The eligible Sellers associated with the highest-selling eligible Event, up to a maximum of forty (40) sellers, including the Organizer, will be potential winners of the Highest Sales per Store component, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

If more than thirty-nine (39) eligible Sellers are associated with the winning Event, the thirty-nine (39) eligible Sellers with the highest individual Store Sales during the Contest Period will be potential prize recipients. Ties among Sellers will be resolved by the Seller with the highest number of unique purchasers during the Contest Period, then by the Seller with the lowest dollar amount of refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks. If a tie remains, Double Good will determine the tied Sellers’ eligibility and prize recipients using objective, non-random criteria based on Double Good’s records.

Ties will be resolved using the following objective, non-random criteria, applied in order until the tie is broken: (1) the tied Event with the highest total Sales during the Contest Period; (2) the tied Event with the highest number of unique purchasers during the Contest Period; and (3) the tied Event with the lowest dollar amount of refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks during the Contest Period. If a tie remains after applying all tie-breaker criteria, Double Good may award the applicable prize to each remaining tied eligible Event, subject to the maximum number of Sellers per Event set forth in these Official Rules.

B. Highest Number of Sellers Winner Selection

After the Contest Period, Double Good will determine the eligible Event with the highest number of Active Sellers during the Contest Period based on Double Good’s records.

The eligible Active Sellers associated with the winning Event, up to a maximum of five hundred (500) Sellers, will be potential winners of the Highest Number of Sellers component, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

If more than five hundred (500) Active Sellers are associated with the winning Event, the five hundred (500) Active Sellers with the highest individual Store Sales during the Contest Period will be potential prize recipients. Ties among Active Sellers will be resolved by the Seller with the highest number of unique purchasers during the Contest Period, then by the Seller with the lowest dollar amount of refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks. If a tie remains, Double Good will determine the tied Sellers’ eligibility and prize recipients using objective, non-random criteria based on Double Good’s records.

Ties among Events for the Highest Number of Sellers component will be resolved using the following objective, non-random criteria, applied in order until the tie is broken: (1) the tied Event with the highest total Sales during the Contest Period; (2) the tied Event with the highest Sales per Store during the Contest Period; (3) the tied Event with the highest number of Stores during the Contest Period; and (4) the tied Event that was launched first during the Contest Period, based on Double Good’s records.

All eligible Fundraising Plan Skill Contest entries will be judged by Double Good or its designated judges using the following criteria:

Judging Criteria

Overall Strategy of the Plan

40%

20%

Quality of Presentation of the Information

20%

Potential Impact of the Fundraiser

20%

The eligible entrant with the highest total score will be the potential winner of the Fundraising Plan Skill Contest, subject to verification and compliance with these Official Rules.

If a tie remains after applying all tie-breaker criteria, an additional judge designated by Double Good will re-score the remaining tied entries using the same judging criteria and weights set forth in these Official Rules, and the tied entry with the highest re-scored total will be the potential winner. Chance will not be used to break a tie.
