DOUBLE GOOD “July 2025 Fundraising Blitz” INCENTIVE PROGRAM
Terms And Conditions
1. SPONSOR: This “Free Footballs” Incentive Program (the "Program") is sponsored by Double Good Technologies LP (collectively, "Double Good" or "Sponsor"), 16W030 83rd Street, Burr Ridge, IL 60527.
2. PROGRAM PERIOD: The Program begins on July 7, 2025, and ends on July 25, 2025(the "Program Period").
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Program is open only to event organizers who receive an email invitation directly from Double Good or its partner Glazier Clinics ("Eligible Organizers"). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: Eligible Organizers will receive an invitation to participate in the Program via email. To qualify for rewards, Eligible Organizers must:
a) Launch their fundraiser through Double Good's platform during the Program Period;
b) Generate $12,000 in sales during their fundraiser; and
c) Complete the form included on the email
5. REWARDS: Eligible Organizers who meet the qualification criteria will receive the following rewards: 12 Wilson GST Composite Footballs ($540 value)
Limit one (1) reward per Eligible Organizer.
6. REWARD FULFILLMENT: Rewards will be fulfilled within 4-6 weeks after the conclusion of the Eligible Organizer's fundraiser. Rewards will be shipped to the address completed on the form. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected reward shipments.
7. TAXES: All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with reward acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the reward recipient. The value of any reward received may be reported for tax purposes as required by law, and reward recipients may be required to provide additional information for tax reporting purposes.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating in the Program, Eligible Organizers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the rewards based on eligible sales completed prior to the modification, suspension, or termination. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Program or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in this Program, Eligible Organizers agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Eligible Organizers, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Program; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the participation process or the Program; (iv) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Program or the processing of sales; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Eligible Organizer's participation in the Program.
10. DOUBLE GOOD TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY: All fundraisers conducted on the Double Good platform are subject to Double Good’s general terms and conditions located at https://www.doublegood.com/terms-and-conditions. Information collected from Eligible Organizers is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which is available at https://doublegood.com/privacy-policy.
11. GOVERNING LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the Eligible Organizer and Sponsor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
