1.  The Sweepstakes Period: The Double Good Monthly Social Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") consists of ongoing monthly promotional periods. Unless otherwise specified in Social Media Prompts (as defined below in Section 5), each monthly sweepstakes period begins on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00 am Central Time ("CT") and ends on the last day of that same calendar month at 11:59 pm CT (each a "Monthly Sweepstakes Period"). Specific campaign details, including exact entry requirements and prize descriptions, will be communicated through designated Social Media Prompts (as defined in Section 5 below). 

2.  Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Double Good Technologies LP (“Sponsor” or “Double Good”).

3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) as of the date of entry, and comply with these Official Rules in all respects. Employees of Double Good and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Double Good, as final and binding as it relates to the eligibility criteria and winner selection. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

5. How to Enter: There are multiple ways to enter each Monthly Sweepstakes Period through social media engagement activities. Entry methods will be specified in designated social media posts, stories, or other communications ("Social Media Prompts") published by Double Good on its official social media accounts during each Monthly Sweepstakes Period:

Primary Methods Include: 

• Following Double Good: Follow Double Good's official accounts on designated social media platforms as specified in the Social Media Prompts.   

• Social Media Engagement: Comment on, like, share, or otherwise engage with designated social media posts as specified in the Social Media Prompts

• User-Generated Content: Create and post content using designated hashtags or responding to specific prompts as outlined in the Social Media Prompts

Entry Requirements

• All entries must be submitted during the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period

• Entrants must comply with the specific requirements outlined in the Social Media Prompts for that month

• Entries must comply with the terms of service of the applicable social media platform

• Multiple entries per person per Monthly Sweepstakes Period are permitted unless otherwise specified in the Social Media Prompts

• Entries submitted through automated means, bots, or other non-human methods are prohibited

Social Media Platform Compliance: By entering, participants acknowledge that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform. Participants release the social media platforms from any liability related to the Sweepstakes and agree to comply with each platform's terms of service.

6. Winner Selection: For each Monthly Sweepstakes Period, three to four (3-4) potential winners ("Winners") will be selected as specified in the Social Media Prompts for that month. Winners will be selected in random drawings from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Sweepstakes Period. ⁵ Drawings will be held within ten (10) business days following the end of each Monthly Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Monthly Sweepstakes Period. The decisions of Double Good are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.

7.  Prizes and Regions: For each Monthly Sweepstakes Period, three to four (3-4) prizes will be awarded as specified in the Social Media Prompts for that month. Prize descriptions, quantities, and approximate retail values ("ARV") will be detailed in the Social Media Prompts, with individual prize values ranging from approximately $50 to $150 ARV. The total ARV of all prizes for each Monthly Sweepstakes Period will not exceed $400.

Prize Types May Include:

• Double Good Popcorn Sets (For example, The Works, set of 12 Double Good popcorn flavors (ARV $119), or All Stars, set of 6 Double Good popcorn flavors (ARV $59)

• Branded merchandise

Prize Conditions: All prizes are non-transferable. All prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. If a Winner is ineligible or unable to accept a prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected..

8. Notification: Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered, email, or other contact method within five (5) business days following the winner selection for each Monthly Sweepstakes Period. Double Good is not liable for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to privacy settings, incorrect contact information, or platform limitations. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Tax Reporting Obligations: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner and/or the Prize Beneficiary. If the value of any prize is $600 or more, Sponsor may be required to report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax form to the Winner and/or Prize Beneficiary, as required by law. The value of the prize will be determined by its fair market value at the time it is awarded. As a condition of receiving a prize, the Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number (such as a Social Security Number), a completed IRS Form W-9 (or other applicable form), and any other information necessary for tax reporting purposes. Sponsor does not provide tax advice; Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors regarding any tax consequences. 

10. Rights granted by you: By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Double Good and its licensees shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, likeness, social media handle, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. This includes the right to repost, share, or otherwise use your social media content related to the Sweepstakes.

11. Terms: Double Good reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules.

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Double Good and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
