Pop Warner & Double Good August Fundraising Blitz — Official Rules
This promotion is a skill- and performance-based contest. Winners are determined by fundraising results, not by random drawing. No individual cash or monetary prizes are awarded. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor and Administrator. The August Fundraising Blitz (the "Promotion") is sponsored and administered by Double Good Technologies LP ("Double Good"), 16W030 83rd St, Burr Ridge, IL 60527.
2. Promotion Period. The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). To be eligible, a fundraiser must launch during the Promotion Period. Double Good's computer or other official timekeeping system is the official clock for the Promotion.
3. Who Can Participate. The Promotion is open to officially recognized Pop Warner Associations located in the United States. Each participating Association must act through an authorized adult representative who is eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) and who is authorized to schedule the fundraiser and accept any award on the Association's behalf. Employees of Double Good and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to act as authorized representatives. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
4. How to Participate. Schedule a Double Good fundraiser to launch during the Promotion Period and select "Pop Warner" when creating the fundraiser. Associations that have already scheduled a fundraiser are included automatically, provided "Pop Warner" was selected and the fundraiser launches during the Promotion Period. No entry fee and no purchase by any Association is required to participate. An Association may run more than one fundraiser during the Promotion Period.
5. Eligibility for Awards. An Association must have a minimum of five (5) participating sellers to be eligible for any award. Double Good will determine, in its sole discretion, whether an Association, fundraiser, seller, or sale qualifies for the Promotion, including based on applicable Double Good platform rules, charitable-fundraising requirements, fraud-prevention standards, and legal or regulatory obligations. An Association whose fundraiser is not eligible to receive or disburse funds under applicable law or platform requirements may be disqualified.
6. Winner Determination. At the end of the Promotion Period, Double Good will select four (4) winning Associations based on its records, using the following objective performance criteria:
Highest Total Fundraising Sales — one (1) New Association and one (1) Returning Association.
Highest Average Sales Per Seller — one (1) New Association and one (1) Returning Association.
"Total Fundraising Sales" means the total dollar amount of qualifying sales associated with an Association's fundraiser(s) during the Promotion Period, excluding refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, taxes, and shipping. "Average Sales Per Seller" means Total Fundraising Sales divided by the number of participating sellers. Double Good will determine New versus Returning status based on its records. Winners are determined solely by these criteria; no random drawing is used.
7. Tie-Breakers. Ties will be resolved using the following objective, non-random criteria, applied in order until the tie is broken: (1) highest Total Fundraising Sales during the Promotion Period; (2) highest number of unique purchasers during the Promotion Period; and (3) lowest dollar amount of refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks during the Promotion Period. Chance will not be used to break a tie.
8. Awards. Each winning Association will receive (a) a popcorn party for the Association and (b) recognition at Pop Warner Nationals. Awards are provided to the Association, not to any individual, have no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash. Awards are non-transferable. Double Good may substitute an award of equal or greater value if the described award becomes unavailable, and may determine the format, scheduling, and delivery of the popcorn party and recognition in its sole discretion. Any taxes or expenses associated with an award are the responsibility of the winning Association.
9. Winner Notification. Winning Associations will be notified by email on or around September 10, 2026, using the contact information associated with the fundraiser. Awards and recognition will be presented at Pop Warner Nationals. Double Good is not responsible for a failure to receive notification due to incorrect contact information, spam or junk filtering, or other reasons outside its control. If a winning Association cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or declines the award, Double Good may select an alternate winner using the applicable criteria.
10. Lawful Jurisdictions. The Promotion is offered only where lawful. To the extent any state or local law prohibits a sales-based, participation-based, or consideration-based contest, Associations located in that jurisdiction are not eligible to win. Double Good reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the lawfulness of offering the Promotion in any jurisdiction and to exclude Associations in any state or locality without prior notice.
11. Integrity; Disqualification. Double Good may disqualify any Association or fundraiser that it determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules; tampers with the Promotion, any fundraiser, or any sales calculation; or engages in fraud, fake sales, self-dealing, chargeback abuse, duplicate accounts, automated activity, or other conduct that undermines the integrity of the Promotion. All decisions of Double Good are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion.
12. Modification or Termination. Double Good reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated, Double Good may determine winners from qualifying results received before termination.
13. Limitation of Liability. By participating, each Association and its representatives, sellers, and participants agrees to release and hold harmless Double Good and its affiliates, agents, and employees from any liability, loss, claim, or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Promotion, acceptance or use of any award, technical failures, errors in administration or sales calculation, or any printing, typographical, or human error.
14. Privacy. Information submitted in connection with the Promotion is subject to Double Good's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.doublegood.com/privacy. Fundraisers created through the Double Good platform remain subject to Double Good's applicable platform terms, privacy disclosures, and charitable-fundraising disclosures, which this Promotion does not alter.
15. Governing Law; Disputes. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the laws of a participant's state of residence cannot be waived by contract. Any dispute will be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
16. Agreement to Rules. Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
