1.  The Sweepstakes Period: The Do More with Double Good Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins on or about 12:00 am Central Time (“CT”) on August 11, 2025 and ends on or about 11:59 pm CT on September 30, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). 

2.  Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Double Good Technologies LP (“Sponsor” or “Double Good”).

3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) as of the date of entry, and comply with these Official Rules in all respects. Employees of Double Good and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Double Good, as final and binding as it relates to the eligibility criteria and winner selection. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

5. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter:

• Fundraising Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, (1) launch a new fundraising event through the Double Good online platform; (2) provide the name and address of a designated and valid school, youth sports team, or other youth-based organization as the beneficiary of the fundraising event, the validity of which will be determined by Double Good in its sole discretion (“Prize Beneficiary”); and (3) add at least five (5) unique sellers to the event who each make at least one (1) sale of Double Good popcorn through the platform before the end of the Sweepstakes Period AND raise a total of at least $100 in your event. Upon the successful completion of these steps, the fundraising event organizer will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.   

• Write-in (Alternative Method of Entry): On a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the full name and address of your intended Prize Beneficiary and mail with proper postage to: Double Good Back to School Fundraising Sweepstakes, 16W030 83rd St, Burr Ridge, IL 60527. All write-in entries must be postmarked by the final date of the Sweepstakes Period and received within 5 business days following the final day of the Sweepstakes Period. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

Each entry will be assigned to a region (West, Midwest, or East) based on the physical address of the designated Prize Beneficiary. In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. Any potential prize winner may be requested to provide Double Good with proof that such person is the prize winner.

6. Winner Selection: Four (4) potential winners (“Winners”) will be selected, with one (1) Winner being selected from each of the four (4) geographic regions defined below. Each Winner will be selected in a separate random drawing from among all eligible entries received for their respective region. Drawings will be held within ten (10) business days of the final day of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received from each region. The decisions of Double Good are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.

7.  Prizes and Regions: Four (4) prizes will be awarded. Each Winner will have $1,000.00 USD sent by Sponsor directly to the designated Prize Beneficiary. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of all prizes is $4,000.00.

For the purpose of this Sweepstakes, the regions are defined as follows:

• West Region: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY.

• Midwest Region: IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, OK, SD, TX, WI.

• East Region: CT, DC, DE, MA, MD, ME, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, VA, VT, WV.

• South Region: AR, AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, TN, SC, AR

The prize is non-transferable. All prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner and/or the Prize Beneficiary. If a designated Prize Beneficiary is ineligible or unable to accept the prize, the prize may be forfeited.

8. Notification: Winners will be notified via e-mail within five (5) business days following the winner selection. Double Good is not liable for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam or incorrect contact information. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 72 hours, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the applicable region.

The receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Tax Reporting Obligations: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner and/or the Prize Beneficiary. If the value of any prize is $600 or more, Double Good Technologies LP (“Sponsor”) may be required to report the prize to the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) and will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other applicable tax form to the Winner and/or Prize Beneficiary, as required by law. The value of the prize will be determined by its fair market value at the time it is awarded. As a condition of receiving a prize, the Winner and/or Prize Beneficiary may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number (such as a Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number), a completed IRS Form W-9 (or other applicable form), and any other information necessary for tax reporting purposes. If a Winner or Prize Beneficiary is a non-resident alien, Sponsor may be required to withhold federal income tax at the rate required by law and remit such amount to the IRS. Failure to provide required tax information or to comply with applicable tax requirements may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. Sponsor does not provide tax advice; Winners and Prize Beneficiaries are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors regarding any tax consequences. Additional state or local tax obligations may apply depending on the Winner’s or Prize Beneficiary’s location. 

10. Rights granted by you: By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Double Good and its licensees shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

11. Terms: Double Good reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules.

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Double Good and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.
