1.  The Sweepstakes Period: The Double Good Lucky Draw Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") entry period begins on or about 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on July 9, 2026, and ends on or about 11:59 p.m. CT on July 19, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). To allow fundraising campaigns launched during the Entry Period to be completed, there will be a completion period running from July 20, 2026, through 11:59 p.m. CT on July 26, 2026 (the "Completion Period"). No new campaigns may be launched during the Completion Period. The Entry Period and the Completion Period are collectively referred to as the "Sweepstakes Period." 

2.  Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Double Good Technologies LP (“Sponsor” or “Double Good”).

3. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) as of the date of entry, and who comply with these Official Rules in all respects. Employees of Double Good and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

4. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Double Good, as final and binding as it relates to the eligibility criteria and winner selection. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

5. How to Enter: There are two ways to enter:

Fundraising Entry: During the Entry Period, (1) launch a new fundraising campaign through the Double Good online platform; (2) provide the name and address of a designated and valid school, youth sports team, or other youth-based organization as the beneficiary of the fundraising campaign, the validity of which will be determined by Double Good in its sole discretion ("Prize Beneficiary"); and (3) on or before the end of the Completion Period, add at least five (5) unique sellers to the campaign who each make at least one (1) sale of Double Good popcorn through the platform AND raise a total of at least $100 in your campaign. The fundraising campaign must be launched on or before July 19, 2026. All sales and seller activity must be completed by the end of the Completion Period (11:59 p.m. CT on July 26, 2026). Upon the successful completion of these steps, the fundraising campaign organizer will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) Fundraising Entry per person.

Write-In (Alternative Method of Entry): On a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and the full name and address of your intended Prize Beneficiary and mail with proper postage to: Double Good Lucky Draw Sweepstakes, 16W030 83rd St, Burr Ridge, IL 60527. All write-in entries must be postmarked by July 19, 2026, and received within five (5) business days following the end of the Entry Period. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries submitted or completed by anyone other than the entrant are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.

In the case of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, the entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. Any potential prize winner may be requested to provide Double Good with proof that such person is the prize winner.

6. Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner ("Winner") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held within ten (10) business days of the final day of the Completion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The decisions of Double Good are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules.

7.  Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded: a Popcorn Palace™ Party Pack consisting of a set of twenty-four (24) bags of Double Good popcorn. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $296.00. The total ARV of all prizes is $296.00. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution will be provided, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

8. Notification: The Winner will be notified via e-mail within five (5) business days following the winner selection. Double Good is not liable for a Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk mail filtering, or incorrect contact information. If the selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from among remaining eligible entries. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, attempt to select up to three (3) alternate winners using the same random selection method. If, after such attempts, no eligible Winner claims the prize, the prize will remain unawarded and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to award the prize.

The receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Tax Reporting Obligations: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. For tax years beginning after December 31, 2025, the federal Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold for prizes and awards is $2,000. Because the ARV of the prize in this Sweepstakes ($296.00) is below the $2,000 reporting threshold, Sponsor does not anticipate issuing an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Winner or collecting a Form W-9. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the fair market value of any prize remains taxable income to the Winner regardless of whether a Form 1099-MISC is issued. Sponsor does not provide tax advice; Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors regarding any tax consequences. 

10. Rights granted by you: By entering this Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Double Good and its licensees shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use your entry, name, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

11. Terms: Double Good reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Official Rules.

12. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Double Good and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

13. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs; and (c) these Official Rules and all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

14. State Registration Disclosure. The ARV of the prize in this Sweepstakes is $296.00. Because this amount falls below the prize-value thresholds triggering sweepstakes registration requirements in Florida (Fla. Stat. § 849.094, $5,000), New York (N.Y. Gen. Bus. Law § 369-e, $5,000), and Rhode Island (R.I. Gen. Laws § 11-50-1, $500), no state registration or bonding is required for this Sweepstakes. Should prize values be modified in the future, Sponsor will evaluate and comply with all applicable registration requirements.

15. Who Won? For the name of the prize winner, available after the thirtieth (30th) day following the conclusion of the Completion Period, send an email with the subject line "Double Good Lucky Draw Sweepstakes Winner" to socialmedia@doublegood.com.
