Don’t Miss a Single Sale: Introducing Early Access and Extra Sales
Double GoodFebruary 23, 2026 • Read 4 Min
Not every supporter shows up exactly when your fundraiser is live. Our research shows that 20% of all traffic to organizations’ Pop-Up Store® occurs before the fundraiser starts or after it ends. Until now, that’s meant missed contributions from people who were ready to contribute.
Fundraising leaders told us this was happening more than they realized.
We definitely had a few of those. They meant to participate, but they didn’t catch the cutoff time and then they would ask, ‘Can I still support?’
Now, when someone lands on your store ready to support, they can. With the introduction of Early Access and Extra Sales, your Double Good fundraiser automatically includes 48 hours before and 48 hours after your event to collect additional orders.
Build fundraising momentum with Early Access
Supporters can now shop up to 48 hours before your fundraiser actually begins. No more turning away early supporters and no more “come back later” moments.
Why it matters:
Sellers are motivated to set up their Pop-Up Store right away so they can start collecting orders
Every early purchase counts toward your fundraising goal, so momentum builds before day one
When your fundraiser officially goes live, the leaderboard will become active, and early sales will be reflected in the rankings.
Finish strong with Extra Sales
Supporters can now place orders for up to 48 hours after your event ends. That means when someone says, “I meant to order,” they still can.
One seller estimated: “At least five people missed out… hopefully we’ll have another fundraiser and they’ll catch the next one.” Now, they don’t have to wait for the next one.
Why it matters:
You don’t lose support just because someone missed the live event cutoff
Late purchases still add a final boost to your total amount raised
To maintain fairness, the leaderboard locks at the end of your event. Support during the Extra Sales period won’t affect rankings, but they will increase your final total raised. This means more support, without the extended competition.
